About You About The Role Your role as Business Development Manager: We are on the lookout for a talented and self-motivated Junior Business Development Manager to join our team, working to find and close new opportunities as well as handling inbound leads and enquiries across our digital marketing products and services. Negotiation and responsibility for the generation and closure of new business opportunities to meet sales targets Growing sales pipeline and making cold calls to secure new sales opportunities Working closely with New Business Director & Commercial Director on face to face client meetings, answering client queries and providing relevant information to prospects Work closely with the Client Services team in order to provide handovers to new clients and ensure they transition well into the agency Maintaining a full understanding of company processes, policies, guidelines and contractual obligations and ensuring these are consistently followed Keeping up to date with industry and company trends and developments What we’d like you to bring to the role: Considerable B2B sales experience Ideally experience of SEO or PPC sales Ideally Digital Agency experience Demonstrable sales record Commercial awareness, with an ability to maximize opportunities Excellent communication and negotiation skills High standard of written English and presentation skills Ability to manage workload and priorities Ability to deal with and influence senior decision makers Advanced use of Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint
