If you're passionate about plumbing and ready to make a significant impact in a dynamic environment, this is the perfect opportunity for you Role Overview: As an FM Technician (Plumber), you will be responsible for performing planned, reactive, corrective, and emergency maintenance tasks across the refinery site. This role offers you the chance to develop your skills while ensuring the highest standards of safety and quality in your work. Key Responsibilities: Uphold and embrace CBRE and ExxonMobil Health and Safety requirements while demonstrating a strong commitment to safety in all activities. Engage actively in the client Loss Prevention System (LPS) and integrate these requirements into your daily tasks. Perform high-quality reactive plumbing works that comply with statutory regulations and service level agreements (SLAs). Execute planned maintenance activities in accordance with Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) work plans. Undertake plumbing installations while adhering to all regulatory requirements. Collaborate with the projects team to support plumbing needs for various project works. Prepare calorifiers for insurance inspections and participate in the emergency call-out rota. Ensure compliance with all relevant standards for all plumbing-related works. Carry out isolations and complete associated documentation accurately. Specify necessary materials and spare parts for both reactive and planned plumbing activities. Work within the site Permit to Work system and utilize MEWPs and other access equipment safely. Deliver high-quality work with a focus on getting it right the first time. Support continuous improvement initiatives to promote best practices and efficiency solutions. Buddy third-party service providers to ensure compliance with site rules and requirements. Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge. Maintain housekeeping standards in all work areas and assist team members as needed. Foster positive customer relationships and demonstrate a commitment to customer satisfaction. City and Guilds Level 2 in plumbing or equivalent experience. BPEC Water Regulations certification. Experience working on pressure systems (preferred). IPAF or equivalent license for MEWP operation.
