These individuals, who have learning disabilities, are supported to live independently and have formed a close-knit bond, offering care and support to one another.Creative & Active: They enjoy singing in a choir, participating in Zumba classes, and expressing their creativity through pottery.Adventure Seekers: Travel is a big passion for them, with France, Greece, and Australia at the top of their bucket list!Independent but Appreciative: While they manage their personal care routines independently, they value friendly reminders and motivation.What Will You Be Doing?As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in helping these individuals live their lives to the fullest:Empowering Independence: Support them to achieve their goals and live life how they choose.Daily Living Support: Assist with medication, meal preparation, and domestic tasks like cooking, cleaning, and laundry.Encouraging Active Lives: Be involved in their interests and activities, from choir practices to planning their next holiday adventure.Driving Support: With a Motability car, you'll need to be comfortable driving as part of your role.What Shifts Are Available?Variety of Shifts: Shifts typically start at 10am one day and finish at 10am the following day, including a sleep-in. There are also day shifts that vary in length depending on the activities planned.Flexible Scheduling: We're looking for individuals who can work a mix of these shifts across weekdays, weekends, and bank holidays.Work-Life Balance: Rotas are provided 4 weeks in advance to help you maintain a healthy balance between work and life - something we truly value!Why choose Dimensions?
