Report back on the progress and any issues that arise during the lesson. Requirements To be considered for the role of Secondary school cover supervisor you will: Experience working as a Cover Supervisor or similar role in a secondary school setting. Strong classroom management skills and the ability to maintain discipline. Flexible, reliable, and able to adapt to different school environments. A DBS check (or willingness to obtain one) is essential. Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are: Experience working as a Cover Supervisor or similar role in a secondary school setting.
