Reporting to the Managing Director Consumer Foods, the Head of HR will be an integral part of the Senior Leadership team. The Head of HR is accountable for ensuring the business unit People Strategy aligns with both the Group People Strategy and overall business unit objectives to drive cultural and operational excellence.
In this role you will lead the Consumer Foods HR team to provide business partner support and challenge across all areas of the business unit to agitate positive change at all levels. This role also plays a critical role in leading the People Agenda for the group and business unit and through the Health & Safety team ensures a safe, compliant and risk-free workplace for our Colleagues and the business.

You:
* Educated to Degree level or equivalent - CIPD Level 5 or above
* Comprehensive years of progressive HR experience, in FMCG or retail
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, influence and challenge others at all levels of the organisation.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
* Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
* Experience of leading change initiatives.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to drive decision-making and measure the impact of HR initiatives.
* Resilience: Ability to navigate and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with competing priorities.
