Job summary We are looking for a dedicated and organised Referral Administrator to join the South Somerset Talking Therapies Team, based at Lower Bracken House, Chard. In this role, you will be responsible for providing efficient and effective administrative support, ensuring the smooth processing of referrals and maintaining accurate records. Main duties of the job Enter referrals onto our specific patient management system, initiate appropriate responses to provide patients, staff and other parties with required information in a friendly and professional manner. Receive telephone calls, accepting messages on behalf of the team, taking appropriate action where necessary. Participate in team and Trust meetings as requested.
