Our client is a leading independent estate agent with two offices in the Nottingham area. They have a passion for property and providing an unrivalled service to clients, specialising in sales and lettings.
An exciting position has become available for a Lettings Negotiator to join their friendly team based at their Nottingham Office. This is a great opportunity for the right candidate.
They are looking for someone who has a minimum of 1 year's lettings experience and is willing to add real value to their team.
This is a full-time role Monday to Friday (1 in 3 Saturdays).
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Building and maintaining good relationships with landlords, tenants, and contractors.
2. Providing consistently high levels of service and communication.
3. Organising and accompanying viewings.
4. Obtaining viewing feedback and negotiating lets.
5. Processing referencing.
6. Preparing tenancy agreements & renewal agreements when required.
7. Ability to serve Section 21, Section 13, and Section 8 notices.
8. Arranging and carrying out valuations.
9. Arranging gas safety checks, EICRs, EPCs, and maintaining compliance.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
1. At least 1 year's recent experience.
2. Passionate about providing a superb, professional, and friendly service.
3. Proactive with a positive can-do attitude.
4. Ability to work on your own initiative as well as part of a team.
5. Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to multi-task and prioritise workload.
6. Good IT skills.
7. Smart and presentable.
8. Full UK driving license.
9. Live within a commutable distance of Nottingham.
10. Have the right to work in the UK.
