Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with clients, ensuring their recruitment needs are met. Identify and approach potential new clients through calls, market research, networking, and referrals. Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to contract negotiation and closing deals. Work closely with the recruitment team to ensure seamless delivery of client expectations. Represent EAC Consulting Group at industry events, networking opportunities, and client meetings. Provide regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and client feedback to management. Strong use of social media platforms such as Linkedin to develop brand awareness and digital networking Ideal Business Development Manager: Strong and demonstrated experience in business development or sales. Strong skills winning business through a variety of sales channels Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
