This is a data-driven and results-focused role for someone who knows how to scale paid ads profitably. You will manage Google, Amazon, and TikTok ads while testing other options like meta ads as a new growth channel. Your focus will be on ROAS, conversions, and profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
Ad Campaign Management & Optimization
* Plan, launch, and manage paid ad campaigns across Google Ads, Amazon Ads, and TikTok Ads.
* Monitor key metrics (CTR, ROAS, CPA, CPC, etc.) and optimize for performance.
* Scale winning campaigns while eliminating wasted ad spend.
* A/B test different ad creatives, headlines, and landing pages.
* Identify high-intent keywords and audience segments to improve targeting.
Testing & Expanding Ad Channels
* Experiment with Facebook Ads as a new acquisition channel.
* Test new audiences, creatives, and campaign types to find profitable opportunities.
* Keep up with platform updates and industry trends to stay ahead of competitors.
Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) & Landing Pages
* Work with our content team to improve ad creatives and video performance.
* Test and refine landing pages to improve conversion rates.
* Optimize Amazon product listings and PPC campaigns for maximum visibility and sales.
Budgeting & Reporting
* Allocate ad spend effectively across platforms to maximize profitability.
* Provide weekly performance reports with insights and recommendations.
* Forecast ad spend vs. revenue projections based on trends and past performance.
What we are looking for
* Paid Ads Specialist – Proven experience with Google Ads, Amazon Ads, and TikTok Ads (Facebook Ads experience is a plus).
* Data-Driven Marketer – Strong understanding of ad performance metrics and optimization strategies.
* Creative & Analytical – Ability to test and refine ad creatives while making decisions based on data.
* Growth-Oriented – You are always looking for new opportunities to improve ROAS and expand reach.
* E-Commerce Experience.
Bonus Skills (Not Essential, But Great to Have):
* Experience with Facebook Ads & Meta Business Suite.
* Knowledge of Amazon PPC and listing optimization, Google & TikTok ads.
* Familiarity with landing page builders and conversion rate optimization.
* Understanding of AI-driven ad optimization tools.
