Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Consultant with specific knowledge and experience in business process mapping, re-engineering and process improvement. The role involves: working closely with clients, listening and understanding ways of working is key, and being able to capture them using BPMN standards is key. With a solid understanding of our client business outcomes the processes captured will be developed into re-engineered ways of working, using Agile techniques such as user stories, epics and themes. These tools and techniques will be used to help software developers design and build new digital solutions to support and help our clients exploit innovation while allowing them to focus on the work that counts most.
Our work involves the full transformation lifecycle from discovery right through to benefits realisation. Consultants will be involved in every aspect of digital transformation and will gain new insights into the perfect interaction between people and innovation. Junior consultants will have an opportunity to learn and develop new skills, while the more experienced will hone in there skills and experience success of their labours.
Qualifications
Applications are invited from those who meet the minimum requirements, as laid out below:
1) Minimum 2 years experience in process mapping and re-engineering
2) Working knowledge of BPMN and AGILE, selection will involve a test to evidence competency
3) Very strong communications skills and team working ethic, selection will involve a test
4) Strong written and spoken English language, selection will involve a test
5) Experience of working with external clients
6) Experience of working in an AGILE development
7) Must be eligible to be SC vetted
Selection Process
We are currently recruiting for 4 business process consultants. Interviews will commence on the 20th January 2025 and offers will go out no later than 29th January. The selection process will involve two interviews (HR, then a Partner), between interviews you will be asked to sit an online competency test that should take no more than 30 minutes.
