As we continue to grow and expand our presence in the market, we are seeking a motivated, hands-on Marketing Manager to lead and execute all marketing efforts within the company. Overview of the Role:
As the Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for managing and executing all aspects of the company's marketing activities. This is a highly autonomous role where you will have the freedom to shape and implement marketing strategies that align with the company's goals, with a focus on increasing brand visibility, new product development, attracting new customers, and driving growth within the Foodservice and Retail sector. Creativity and resourcefulness will be key to achieving success.
Main Responsibilities:
* Social Media Management: Create, schedule, and manage engaging content across various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok etc.), ensuring the bakery's voice is consistent and aligned with the brand.
* Brand Management: Oversee the development and implementation of our brand strategy, ensuring all marketing materials and communications reflect the company's identity.
* New Product Development and Launches: Collaborate with the Development and Technical team to assist in the creation of new innovative products. Planning, developing and executing go-to-market strategies.
* Website and Digital Marketing: Maintain and update the company websites working with agencies when required.
* Trade Shows & Events: Organize and manage the company's participation in trade shows, foodservice industry events, and other promotional activities.
* Content Creation: Develop content for marketing materials including brochures, product catalogues, email campaigns, and other promotional tools.
* Market Research: Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences to drive marketing strategies and ensure the company's products stand out.
* Advertising & Promotions: Manage and execute advertising campaigns within budget, focusing on the most effective channels to reach our customers.
* Sales Support: Work closely with the sales team to develop marketing materials.
Skills, experience and qualifications required:
* Proven experience in a hands-on marketing role, ideally with experience within the food industry.
* Strong knowledge of social media platforms, digital marketing tools, and content creation.
* Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Creativity and resourcefulness and ability to maximize marketing budgets.
* Experience with trade shows, events, and creating promotional materials
* Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, taking initiative and ownership of projects.
