Here are some of the activities that you’ll get involved with… Review photographic evidence and information submitted by field teams to confirm smarter meters have been fitted in compliance with health, safety and client specifications. Identify and document any discrepancies or incomplete work, providing feedback for rectification. Accurately record completed works to support maximum revenue generation and minimise disputes with clients. Generate detailed reports including analysis of the information, to support managers with making the right operational decisions. Identify opportunities to streamline validation processes. We would love to hear from you, if you can demonstrate the following… Previous demonstrable experience in a similar role, where you have had to be highly organised, meticulous and detail oriented is essential. Highly developed communication skills are important, as you will be giving diplomatic feedback to colleagues and they will rely on this information to make necessary improvements. An intermediate level of computer literacy across MS Office, including Excel, Word, Outlook and Teams is required. Prior experience in the utilities sector would be an advantage but not essential.
