We are looking for a dynamic, hardworking and dedicated Assistant Headteacher to play a key role within the Senior Leadership team at Brinsworth Academy.
As an Assistant Headteacher, you will support the strategic development of the academy, implementing a strategic plan to ensure academy policies and practices promote high expectations, high achievement and inclusion through effective teaching, learning and behaviour strategies.
You will oversee an exceptional educational provision, including the delivery of an inclusive and equitable curriculum, that will help students of all abilities to grow in character, resilience and confidence.
We are looking for a positive and personable teacher, who is committed to improving the opportunities, educational outcomes and life chances for all pupils. You will need previous experience as a middle leader within a secondary school, along with experience of implementing successful school-wide or departmental strategies and experience of successful and robust staff management.
You will be fully committed to the academy’s ethos and vision and be prepared to continue your professional development to ensure you become an outstanding practitioner, willing to go the extra mile.
