About THE ROLE
The Concession Manager plays a key role in achieving operational standards and leading by example, embracing our entrepreneurial spirit, and inspiring their teams through their passion and belief in our brands.
Responsibilities include:
* Partnering with Area Manager to build on business opportunities and achieve Company standards/goals.
* Identifying opportunities and collaborating to grow the business or improve performance.
* Fostering a positive store experience by treating all customers and staff fairly.
* Performing Manager-on-duty functions; managing store opening/closing functions and the sales floor.
* Ensuring best practices, visual merchandising directives, and standards are executed consistently.
* Managing sales, payroll, controllable expenses, and aligning activities to ensure business goals are met.
* Analyzing store reports and creating action plans to improve results.
* Leading weekly management meetings and contributing to regional meetings.
* Setting challenging but attainable goals with an emphasis on service quality and customer satisfaction.
* Coordinating action plans while considering consequences and budget decisions.
* Communicating daily with staff on individual sales goals and key performance indicators.
* Assisting in recruitment, interviewing, hiring, and orientation processes.
* Owning the training and development of employees and ensuring proper orientation.
* Providing training and coaching for employees and ensuring documentation.
About YOU
* Extensive experience in connecting to consumers in a brand retailer is essential.
* Experience with retail operations, budgeting, planning, sales, and people management.
* Previous people management experience with the ability to resolve conflict effectively.
* Effective communicator with the ability to cultivate belonging.
* Collaborative mindset and recognition of others' contributions.
* Courageous in providing constructive feedback.
* Ability to adapt quickly and work with pace.
* Energetic and able to inspire trust on the shop floor.
