About THE ROLE
The Concession Manager plays a key role in achieving high standards in our stores, which act as the main touch points with our evolving consumer base. They lead by example, embrace our entrepreneurial spirit, and inspire their teams through their passion and belief in our brands.
Responsibilities include:
* Partnering with Area Manager to build on business opportunities and achieve Company standards/goals.
* Identifying opportunities and collaborating with others to grow the business or improve performance.
* Consistently fostering a positive store experience by treating all customers and staff members fairly.
* Performing Manager-on-duty functions; managing store opening/closing functions and the sales floor.
* Ensuring visual merchandising directives and standards are executed.
* Managing sales, payroll, controllable expenses, and aligning activities to ensure business goals are met.
* Analyzing store level reports and creating action plans to improve results.
* Leading weekly management meetings and contributing to regional meetings.
* Setting challenging but attainable goals with an emphasis on service quality and customer satisfaction.
* Coordinating action plans while considering consequences and budget decisions.
* Communicating with staff daily on individual sales goals and key performance indicators.
* Assisting in recruitment and orientation processes.
* Owning the training and development of employees.
About YOU
* Extensive experience in connecting to consumers in a brand retailer is essential.
* Experience with retail operations, budgeting, planning, sales, and people management.
* Previous people management experience with the ability to resolve conflict.
* Effective communicator with the ability to cultivate belonging.
* Collaborative and recognizes the contributions of others.
* Courageous in giving feedback that promotes positive behavioral change.
* Adaptable and works with pace.
* Energetic and inspires trust on the shop floor.
