SEN Teaching Assistant Location: Royston (Cambridgeshire/Hertfordshire border) Salary: £12.37 - £13.49 per hour (£22,102.72 - £24,103.93 actual salary) Contract: Full-time, Term Time Only (40 hours/week, Monday - Friday) Start Date: ASAP About the Role We are currently recruiting on behalf of a specialist education provider for a compassionate and proactive SEN Teaching Assistant to support students with a range of additional needs. This full-time, term-time only role is ideal for someone passionate about working with children and young people with Special Educational Needs (SEN), including MLD, SLD, autism, ADHD, and associated difficulties. Some learners may also have complex medical and sensory needs, requiring a sensitive and individualised approach to support. You will be working in a supportive environment alongside educators, therapists, and support staff to deliver high-quality, personalised education that empowers each student to thrive.
