We’re recruiting on behalf of an independent, family-run, Estate Agency that has developed an exceptional reputation and local brand presence since opening its doors over 20 years ago.
As an Estate Agent, Sales Negotiator, you’ll join a friendly and supportive team and take responsibility for assisting clients throughout the sales process, from initial inquiries to property viewings and negotiations. Your main duties will include:
1. Conducting property viewings and providing information to potential buyers
2. Negotiating offers and facilitating the end-to-end sales process
3. Communicating with buyers, vendors and solicitors to ensure smooth and efficient transactions
4. Delivering great customer service to all customers and clients
5. Keeping up-to-date with market trends, property values, and competitor activities
Please note this is a part-time position: 25 hours per week: Mon-Wed (9-5pm) and Saturday (9-1pm).
What you’ll need:
1. Previous experience within a customer-focused role
2. Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport
3. Strong administration and computer skills
4. Previous Estate Agency experience would be beneficial but not essential
5. A full driving license with own transport

25 hours per week: Mon-Wed (9-5pm) and Saturday (9-1pm)
Salary: £11 Per hour
Location: Milton
Travel expenses paid for any business miles.
