We are seeking a qualified and experienced Maths teacher to join our small, supportive SEMH school, working with pupils in Key Stages 2 and 3.
About the Role:
Full-time, permanent position (following a probationary period through Teaching Personnel).
Small class sizes with dedicated LSA support.
Delivering engaging and differentiated Maths lessons to pupils who require a tailored approach to learning.
Supporting students with a range of needs, including SEMH, ASC, complex needs, and those from challenging backgrounds.
Working within a nurturing, therapeutic environment to help pupils re-engage with education.
About You:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with experience teaching Maths.
Experience working with SEMH pupils or those with additional needs.
A compassionate, patient, and adaptable approach to teaching.
Strong behaviour management skills and a commitment to trauma-informed practice.
Passion for supporting pupils' emotional and academic growth.
