Production Team Lead
We are seeking an experienced Production Team Lead to join Pioneer Selection in Weymouth on a permanent late shift. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the production process and ensuring that our high-quality standards are met.
About this Role:
* Salary: £32,000 - £38,000 per annum + Overtime
In this hands-on role, you will be working closely with our production team to achieve our goals and exceed customer expectations. The successful candidate will have excellent leadership skills, experience in a similar role, and a strong understanding of print production processes.
