Job Purpose To support young woman with social activities, building confidence and independence Location: Walcott, NR12 Details I am a 21 year old with moderate learning difficulties and ADHD who would like a friendly Personal Assistant to help me to engage with the community and enjoy social activities independently. I need my PA to be responsible and aware of my safety, helping me to gain confidence. We have dogs and I like animals, especially horses, and may be interested in doing voluntary work with animals. I also like to go out, possibly to the cinema or shopping, although I have a weakness in my ankles so sometimes may not be able to walk far. My PA should also assist me with nutrition, supporting me to make healthy food choices and learning how to shop and cook. Person specification

5. The rate of pay for this position is £11.68 per Hour
6. Hours and times of work: 5 hours (afternoons) on Mondays Tuesdays and Thursdays (15 hrs weekly)
The post is subject to the following:
7. A satisfactory enhanced Disclosure & Barring Service (DBS) check, the cost of which will be covered by the employer.
8. Completion of a satisfactory probationary period of 3 months.
9. Completion of Annual Mandatory PA training: Health & Safety and GDPR (provided free via Careskills Academy)
