Our client, a prominent law firm, is seeking a bright and motivated Paralegal for a short-term contract role to support lawyers in the financial services sector by handling various legal and administrative tasks. This position offers a hybrid working (3 days onsite) arrangement and is based in Birmingham. The ideal candidate must have some exposure or experience in a law firm environment. Key Responsibilities: Assisting with legal research and document preparation. Supporting lawyers with case management and administrative tasks. Conducting due diligence and reviewing legal documents. Liaising with clients and other stakeholders as needed. Requirements: Previous experience or exposure in a law firm. Prior knowledge of finance transactions Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Attention to detail and a proactive approach to tasks.
