The Opportunity:
* Permanent position
* 40 hours per week, including weekends and bank holidays
* Flexible working across a 7-day rota
* Competitive salary (negotiable based on experience)
* Hands-on role, with significant time spent working alongside the housekeeping team
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage a large housekeeping team
* Oversee HR procedures, including recruitment, training, and staff development
* Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and hygiene across all areas
* Ensure compliance with infection control procedures and health & safety regulations
* Liaise effectively with other departments to meet the needs of the business
* Create and manage weekly rotas
* Monitor and manage stock levels, placing orders as required
* Work within budgetary constraints and achieve operational goals

* Proven experience managing a large team in a similar environment
* Strong knowledge of HR procedures and infection control policies
* A hands-on leader with exceptional organisational and communication skills
* Ability to maintain high standards under pressure
