Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Health and Safety Training Specialist located in Norwich. The Health and Safety Training Specialist will be responsible for developing, organizing, and conducting health and safety training programs. Daily tasks include assessing training needs, creating training materials, delivering training sessions, and evaluating the effectiveness of training programs. The specialist will ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and promote a culture of safety within the organization.
Qualifications
* Experience in developing and conducting health and safety training programs
* Knowledge of health and safety regulations and compliance requirements
* Strong communication and presentation skills
* Ability to assess training needs and create effective training materials
* Excellent organizational and time management skills
* Relevant certificates in health and safety training are a plus
* Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field
