Jennifer Griffiths Recruitment are looking for an Operations Support Administrator to start as soon as possible this vacancy will be temporary for a few weeks then if suitable will go permanent.
Full Time – Hours 8-8.30am to 4-4.30pm
£1300 per hour
The successful candidate will be expected to provide a first class service to our customers and colleagues in a
positive, enthusiastic and pro-active way. This is a great opportunity for someone who can hit the ground
running and undertake ad-hoc duties alongside planned administration tasks.
The ability to liaise direct with engineers, subcontractors and customers to ensure the correct documentation
is obtained which is specific to that customer. Be aware of individual product lead times and gain a basic
understanding of more complex jobs to effectively update and manage the customer and team expectations.

Purpose:
• Provide administration support to the team ensuring the effective and smooth running of the day to
day operations
• Monitoring Ordering/Requesting Quotes for specific projects
• Maintain working relationships with suppliers, clients and all in house team members
• Managing administration processes through the whole contract/job cycle using REFLOW and Excel
• Support the management team utilising presentation and administration management skills to keep
up to date; business plans and support Quality Management System implementation
• Collaboratively work with/alongside our various bespoke individual consultants/organisations
employed to provide a effective support to the management team and business requirements i.e
Health and Safety, HR, IT support and Business Development
• Assist in the preparation and presentation of project related pre-tender and early tender stages e.g.
collate information supporting Commercial Director
• Logging, monitoring and reporting equipment, fuel, and waste management tracking reports via
REFLOW and Excel
• Develop a detailed understanding of the business
The successful candidate will have the following experience/expertise:
• Experience in working in an operations environment
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Excellent knowledge of outlook, word, excel, power point and basic knowledge of Microsoft Project
(Desirable not essential)
• Good knowledge of quality control
• Strong communication and organisational abilities
• Professional approach to team and client relationships
• Drive and commitment to maintain accuracy of our databases/data management
• Enthusiastic, hard working, self motivated and with a flexible approach
• Able to multi task is essential
• Experience in a similar role would be desirable but not essential
