Field Service Engineer (Electronic Bias)

The Role:
1. Service and repair new and existing equipment, primarily at the Lowestoft site, with occasional travel requirements both within the UK and overseas.
2. Ensure accurate documentation, including bills of materials, in line with company procedures.
3. Work closely with sales, design, and production teams to develop and enhance products.
4. Diagnose faults down to component level, provide design input, and identify product improvements.
5. Deliver commissioning, training, and high-level technical support both on-site and remotely.
What You Need:
1. Strong analogue and digital fault-finding skills.
2. Experience with microcontroller programming and communication protocols.
3. Willingness to travel internationally at short notice and work independently.
4. Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach.
5. A valid UK driving licence and passport.
