I am working with a not-for-profit professional body who are hiring a Contact and Advice Centre Manager. Location: Laindon, Essex - Hybrid Working Responsibilities: You will manage the organisations contact and advice centre ensuring all KPIs are met. Manage the contact centre staff and ensure the delivery of high quality service Lead the contact and advice centre Lead meetings outlining performance objectives Build relationships with key stakeholders from both the UK and non-EU countries Maintain and improve the Centres strategies - Data capture, contact handling, written communication Develop knowledge to provide services to a wide variety of areas - keeping up to date with consumer protection legislation and other relevant UK & EU Law Design & Present training for staff on all new legislations and advice Quality assurance Ensure all policies are being met Your Experience: A background in either Citizens Advice, Consumer Law, Trading standards or a Government Service Contact Centre Strong Management & Leadership skills Important Notice: Noble Recruiting Limited, located in Billericay, Essex, is an equal opportunities employer.
