Your Role and Responsibilities As a Staff Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering person-centred care that promotes independence and enhances the quality of life for residents. Provide high-quality nursing care, meeting the physical, emotional, and social needs of residents. Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop, review, and implement individualized care plans. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring residents’ safety and well-being. Continuously monitor residents’ health and report any changes or concerns to senior staff. Maintain accurate medical records in compliance with regulatory standards.
