About Us
We are looking for a dedicated Application Support Analyst to join our D365 CRM support team on a fixed termmaternity cover contract. Our team is responsible for the ongoing support and development of our internal CRM system, which serves approximately 220 users. If you have experience in Dynamics 365 Sales customisation or possess relevant technical skills, this could be a great opportunity for you!
Key Responsibilities:
* Monitor our helpdesk, respond to user queries, and escalate issues when necessary.
* Provide user training on both existing and new CRM features.
* Assist with data import and cleansing to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
* Generate user reports to support business decision-making.
Skills & Experience:
* 2+ years of experience working with Dynamics 365 Sales customisation OR relevant transferable technical experience (ideally including relational databases).
* Strong attention to detail with a structured and methodical approach.
* Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).
* A team-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including the use of formulas.
