RSK Group is seeking talented and ambitious individuals to join our Geosciences Graduate Programme starting on 17th September 2025 for an 18-month fixed-term basis. Locations include Southampton, Manchester, Hemel Hempstead, Coventry, Chesterfield, Bristol and Glasgow.
How is the scheme structured?
During the 18-month programme, you will start with a comprehensive induction, learning about the culture at RSK and gaining an understanding of the businesses within the group.
Following the induction, you will be placed into an RSK business, spending your first nine months getting involved in a variety of work to support your career path. You will then move into a second rotation with another business for the remaining nine months. You will get to work alongside our broad range of professionals as well as learning from subject matter experts, giving you the opportunity to develop your skills and discover what you are passionate about.
During both placements, you will receive excellent training and networking opportunities, as well as having a buddy and assigned mentor to support with your career path.
Graduates on this programme will be able to experience numerous areas of Geosciences and gain experience from various onsite projects. Your placement could include working on a variety of tasks such as:
* Site works fundamentals – site investigation management, soil description and logging, sample scheduling
* Geophysics / Utilities Clearance – experience of the techniques used to avoid or identify extent of buried features
* Geotechnical fundamentals
* Earthworks and remediation contracts
* Tendering and commercial Risk
* Data processing, sample screening / GQRA
* Project management and project finances

* Willingness to travel to different locations or to relocate (if necessary)

* Passion and enthusiasm with an eagerness to learn new skills

* To be an advocate for RSK – Responsible, Sustainable, Knowledgeable
* Full UK driving license (desirable)
* Work experience with transferable skills would be advantageous

Salary and benefits:
