You’ll use your skills in marketing, customer service, and relationship building to help families find the right care solutions while raising our profile locally.
Key Responsibilities
1. Increase occupancy by identifying, presenting, and closing leads to meet targets.
2. Plan and execute marketing campaigns to showcase our care home’s services.
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with families, referral networks, and local partners.
4. Organise tours, open days, and events to highlight our exceptional care.
5. Support families in making informed decisions with a professional and empathetic approach.
6. Analyse and report on sales and marketing performance to ensure continuous growth.
About You
You’re a driven sales professional with a passion for delivering results and helping others. Ideally, you have experience in healthcare, care services, or consultative sales.
Key Skills and Attributes:
1. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage diverse audiences.
2. Proven ability to develop referrals through networking and business development.
3. Highly organised with great attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks.
4. Proficient in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and familiar with digital marketing tools.
5. Passionate about providing outstanding customer service with a positive attitude.
Desirable Experience:
1. Background in elderly care or healthcare marketing.
2. Experience in event planning and community outreach initiatives.
3. Knowledge of local healthcare networks and referral sources.
Travel Requirements
You’ll need flexibility to travel locally for events, networking, and business development opportunities.
