An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Receptionist to join a dynamic team in Bristol. This role offers the chance to be the first point of contact for visitors, ensuring a professional and welcoming experience while supporting the wider team with administrative and customer service duties.
To be considered for the role, you’ll require the following essentials:
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Previous experience in a reception or customer service role is desirable
Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage diaries and data accurately
A proactive, can-do attitude with a flexible approach to work
Ability to work independently and take initiative
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
Within this position, you’ll also be:
Acting as the first point of contact for all visitors, providing a warm and professional welcome
Handling enquiries efficiently via phone, email, and face-to-face interactions
Managing bookings for customer training across multiple Centres
Ensuring stock levels for training and display materials are maintained and updated
Keeping communal and reception areas clean and presentable
Liaising with internal teams, including sales and service staff, to ensure clear communication and accuracy in training-related activities
Promoting brand awareness and training opportunities at every interaction.
