Contracts Manager Role: As Contracts Manager, you will take charge of multiple projects, ensuring successful delivery from start to finish. You’ll play a crucial role in leading teams, managing resources, and maintaining strong client relationships to ensure every project meets expectations. Contracts Manager Key Responsibilities: Overseeing projects in the commercial, education, and healthcare sectors, from planning to completion - including new build and refurbishment projects. Managing contracts, budgets, schedules, and resources efficiently. Ensuring all work complies with safety regulations and industry standards. Building and maintaining strong client relationships, acting as a key point of contact. Collaborating with site teams to resolve issues and drive projects forward. Contracts Manager requirements: Proven experience as a Project Manager/Contracts Manager within the construction industry. Experience of refurb and new build projects. A track record of successfully managing projects worth £5m to £10m. Experience of tacking responsibility for projects from the Initial Tender through to completion. Able to plan projects and use industry standard software. A good understanding of Design and an ability to discuss design solutions where required. Strong knowledge of construction processes, contract law, and health and safety regulations. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. A proactive and organised approach to managing multiple projects. A proven experience of managing client, team and subcontractor relationships.
