Senior Organisational Development Manager, late-stage FinTech Scale-up
Location: London, 2 days per week (Mon & Thurs), 3 days at home
Salary: £80,000 + stock options

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced L&D Partner/Manager looking to transition into a dedicated Organisational Development role or for an experienced OD Partner seeking to step up into an autonomous position, where they can shape a new function.
About the role
As the Senior Organisational Development Manager, you’ll develop and deliver an ambitious OD strategy that aligns with the company’s growth and people agenda. Partnering with senior leaders, you’ll shape programmes that enhance leadership, promote DE&I, and drive a learning mindset across the organisation. This high impact role required a forward-thinking leader with the ability to sustain strong relationships across senior leadership levels, spearheading initiatives that drive alignment with the organisations strategic vision and nuture an exceptional employee experience.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the design and execution of leadership development programmes to foster growth and align with the company’s cultural evolution.
* Develop scalable learning and development initiatives that enhance career progression and business performance.
* Champion a learning and growth mindset throughout the organisation, promoting initiatives that encourage self-driven development and cross-functional knowledge sharing.
* Develop and drive a DE&I strategy, championing an inclusive workplace that values diversity of thought and experience.
* Craft and manage training programmes, including onboarding and core management skills programmes
* Act as a strategic advisor to leadership, delivering insights on workforce planning, change management, and learning trends.
* Leverage data to track and refine the impact of OD initiatives.
* Evaluate and recommend tools, platforms and vendors to support organisational goals.
About you
* Proven success in senior-level roles within OD, Talent, or L&D, within in a fast-paced, high-growth tech environment.
* Expertise in developing and driving leadership development, DE&I, and learning strategies
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
* A strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to execution.
* Proven track record of working closely with senior leadership and presenting compelling business cases to the Executive Committee (ExCo).
