Job Title: Customer Team Member
We are seeking a Customer Team Member to join our team at Co-op.
Closing date: 03-02-2025
Location and Working Pattern:
Market Street, Okehampton, EX20 1HN
Varied shifts including early mornings from 6am, afternoons, late evenings until 10pm and weekends, to be discussed at interview
Contract and Pay:
12 hours per week + regular overtime, permanent, part time
£12.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities:
* Friendly and thoughtful service – responding to queries, championing Co-op products and Membership and delivering a great shopping experience
* Work together to make everyone's day better – supporting store colleagues to solve problems for customers and members
* Make sure the store is safe and legal – keeping shelves stocked and ensuring prices, dates, and temperatures are correct
* Help introduce new products and services – making changes feel natural and sharing experiences with colleagues
* Support your local community – getting involved in activities and events
