Role: Marketing Manager at The Real Greek
Salary: £60K per year + Bonus scheme

As part of The Fulham Shore group, The Real Greek is a growing set of restaurants serving delicious and healthy dishes from Greece and the Eastern Mediterranean, where people have a passion for good food, family and life. Our 26th The Real Greek restaurant opened earlier this year in Liverpool.
At the Real Greek we are obsessed with Greece and warm Greek hospitality, based on the concept of Filoxenia (love of strangers). Our food is meant to be shared; we focus on meze/small plates and have something for everyone.
About the Opportunity:
We are looking for a talented, creative, driven, and dedicated Marketing Manager who can lead our brand transformation and take us to the next level!
You will be involved in all aspects of the Marketing mix - food, ambiance, pricing, collateral and lead our small Marketing team located in our Soho office (min. 3 days per week in the office).
Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, this is a hugely creative role with lots of potential to shape and play a pivotal part in looking after and building a brand full of potential, at a very exciting stage of growth.
What You Will Do:
* You will develop and execute Marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, consideration and revenue growth.
* You will be responsible for the The Real Greek Marketing function from scoping, planning, implementation and evaluation working across the whole business to make sure everyone is looped in, and the execution is spot on.
* You will be the brand guardian of all touchpoints & comms from restaurant, social, CRM and PR in ensuring everything is in line with our brand guidelines and values.
* Manage the Marketing budget and ensure that resources are allocated effectively.
* Manage and mentor 2 of our Marketing team.
* As local Marketing is a core part of the role, you will support the restaurant operations team in maximizing opportunities locally, prioritizing resource and educating on best practice.
* Take the lead on new restaurant openings, overseeing all activities for launch and liaise with third parties to launch brilliantly in the local community.
About you:
* We’d love to speak to you if you have worked in a multisite business as a Marketing Manager in the Hospitality, Retail or QSR industry.
* You will have solid brand building experiences - creativity is key, we want you to push the boundaries trying new and unexpected Marketing activities whilst being able to protect the core essence of the brand.
* You’ll need to be commercially savvy with an understanding of both the long- and short-term tactics to grow the business and protect our brand values.
* You will have experience using Marketing tools and platforms, including Marketing Automation, Google Analytics, and social media advertising platforms.
* You’ll be highly planned and organized, being able to manage multiple projects and workstreams through to completion.
* You will have a proven track record in making things happen - delivering results quickly and efficiently.
* You will be involved in delivering authentic delicious seasonal menus so you must be comfortable at communicating and collaborating at all levels from the Leadership team through to working with our restaurant teams onsite.
* A passion for food and for the Hospitality industry is a must, you’ll need to keep up to date with the latest industry knowledge and take inspiration from others.
