The firm boasts a successful track record of taking on ambitious brokers, who aspire to be Commercial Account Executives. With full appointment-setting support, they have a history of helping people develop significant books of business. Based from home, you will work in conjunction with the lead generators to secure new business, which you will continue to service. Your duties will include, but not be limited to, attending face-to-face meetings with prospects, fact-finding about their businesses, and presenting your findings to the account handling team in order for them to broker a competitive deal. You’ll enjoy dealing with a wide range of industry sectors and insurance programmes.
This position would suit a Commercial Account Handler / Broker, who has perhaps been ‘on a promise’ to become an Account Executive by their current employer, but this is failing to materialise.
It's essential that you have experience within commercial insurance broking, and that you have a good working knowledge of all commercial lines, including Property, Liability and Motor insurance. Just as importantly, you’ll have a passion for winning new business, building and managing relationships, and generating a significant amount of income for yourself as a result! While there are sufficient leads from the appointment generators for you to build a substantial book, we are looking for someone who is keen to complement this by building their own connections too.

An attractive basic salary is on offer, ranging from £35K - £55K (Depending on experience), together with company benefits including a car allowance, private medical insurance and pension.
