Salary: £12.50 ph
Hours per week: Weekends 8am – 4pm
Job Description
My client is seeking a receptionist to work as part of a brilliant team in our home.
Requirements:
* GCSE Maths and English
* Office administration and IT skills
Some of your duties:
* Handling phone calls and messages
* Handling the visitors book
* Incoming post
* Manage the diaries for the general manager, head of care and the administrator.
* Directing deliveries
* Booking for rooms and functions
* Preparing invoices for residents and guests
* Filing
* To provide secretarial services to the General manager
* Assist Administrator as required
* Control stock of stationery
* Assist in fundraising activities
The successful applicant must agree to a DBS *Basic/Enhanced* Disclosure under the Criminal Records Bureau procedures. Employment will be offered to the successful applicant subject to a satisfactory Disclosure report.
