About you Whilst useful to have Insurance or Financial Services experience, our agency Partners join us from a broad range of industry sectors. If youve excelled in your career in a B2B client-facing capacity and possess the following core skills wed welcome your application: Consultative sales skills to develop new business and acquire new clients Account management skills to retain existing clients and grow key accounts People management skills to coach, develop and inspire staff towards a common goal Strategic planning skills to support with business planning cycles from short to long-range. Ulster Farming Union (UFU) Group Manager In addition to your main role as a self-employed Partner in the NFU Mutual East Antrim agency, you will be employed by the UFU as a local Group Manager. This places you at the heart of your local farming community. You'll champion interests of local farmers, arrange local meetings and events, recruit and retain members and keep them up to date on agricultural policy.
