The firm, which invests through multiple strategies, including private equity and real estate, have a number of offices globally and since inception, have been on a fantastic growth trajectory with assets under management now in the billions. What the job involves Due to recently establishing the UK entity and registering with the FCA, the firm are now starting to build out their London operational and administrative infrastructure by hiring a Company Secretary who will be responsible for servicing and working closely with the firm's entities and funds globally. Oversee the formation and dissolution of entities and funds Spearhead regulatory requirement gathering for launching offshore vehicles Assist with transaction documentation and coordination Prepare and distribute board packs, notices and agendas Monitor work in progress, billings, controls, and fees Recommend deal structuring based on financial and regulatory insights Support the wider teams with regulatory, legal and compliance Work closely with the compliance function to monitor regulatory landscape Who we are looking for Experience as a Company Secretary in a private equity or investment management fund Prior experience and knowledge of FCA requirements Knowledge of Lux, Cayman or Jersey fund structures Additional operational experience would be advantageous A hands-on approach You will be redirected to the company’s website – you must complete the application on their platform to apply.
