Our client are seeking a skilled HR Business Partner to join a dynamic team in a tech-enabled business critical services group. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead the HR agenda across Professional Services, including Audit, Tax, and Accounting.
Key Responsibilities:
* Partner with Business Unit Heads to align HR strategies with operational and financial goals.
* Provide proactive HR support and guidance to managers and teams.
* Manage change initiatives, including Mergers & Acquisitions.
* Foster team connectivity and engagement within the organization.
* Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to enhance HR programs and policies.
* Handle employee relations cases, including performance and grievance management.
* Deliver training on HR practices and maintain accurate documentation.
* Analyse people data to identify trends and develop targeted solutions.
Experience and Skills Required:
* CIPD or similar HR qualification.
* Proven experience as an HR Business Partner in a professional environment.
* Familiarity with Mergers & Acquisitions processes.
* Strong change management and organisational development skills.
* Knowledge of employment legislation in the UK and Ireland.
* Experience managing employee relations cases.
