To strengthen our already successful team of professionals we are currently looking to welcome a new Recruitment Consultant, based in our recently refurbished offices in Nottingham.
The role
* Manage and build relationships with existing clients and develop prospective leads.
* Explore and understand clients’ team structures, job roles and culture fit to match the best suited candidates.
* Support and advise clients and job seekers, sharing industry knowledge and market trends, ensuring you offer the best customer service.
* Interview and screen applicants, to understand the drivers behind their job search, enabling you to match them to the best roles for them.
* Network and connect to prospective clients, candidates and students.
* Be creative with marketing activities and social media channels to attract and engage with your network.
* Manage and grow in house Customer Relationship Management Systems.
The person
* Preferably you will have working experience within the Fashion Sector, in any role, the key is to have an understanding of the fashion product lifecycle.
* Communication is key, you will be comfortable talking to candidates and clients at all levels, advising and sharing informed opinions whenever necessary.
* You will be driven and self-motivated, able to manage multiple assignments at one time.
* You will have a hunger to learn and an appetite to succeed and a keen eye for detail
* The ability to work as an individual and be part of a team
* Strong IT/administrative skills with good understanding of Social Media
