Since our founding in 1998, we have built strong partnerships with renowned brands, including Ted Baker, PUMA, Hurley, Skechers, and Scotch & Soda.
With headquarters in New York City and offices in key global locations, including London, we operate in a fast-paced, high-growth retail environment, delivering high-quality products to consumers worldwide.
At ULAC, we are guided by our core values: unity, loyalty, advancement, and charity. We thrive on agility, adaptability, and speed, ensuring that our teams move quickly to meet market demands while maintaining the highest standards of quality and service.
We are looking for a Sales Administrator to support our UK sales team, playing a key role in keeping up with the fast-moving pace of our business and ensuring smooth, efficient sales and operational processes.
THE ROLE
This is not a slow-moving role—things shift fast, and we need someone who can adapt quickly, think on their feet, and keep up with a dynamic, high-energy sales environment.
As a Sales Administrator, you will be responsible for staying ahead of daily operational demands, ensuring that everything runs smoothly, efficiently, and without delays. You’ll act as the central link between customers and internal teams, handling sales operations, logistics coordination, and process optimization.
If you thrive under pressure, enjoy problem-solving on the go, and are comfortable working in an environment where priorities can shift rapidly, this role is for you.
What You’ll Do
* Stay One Step Ahead in Sales Operations:
Act as the key contact between customers and internal teams (sales, marketing, logistics), ensuring information flows quickly and accurately.
Manage seasonal sales campaigns and order execution, making sure every detail is handled without delay.
Coordinate with global warehouses and fulfillment centers, ensuring orders move fast and reach customers on time.
* Drive Fast, Effective Sales Support:
Proactively provide updates to the sales team on products, processes, and inventory.
Troubleshoot sales materials and workflows, ensuring accuracy and efficiency across orders, deliveries, and sell-through.
Process purchase orders swiftly and with precision, preventing bottlenecks in the sales cycle.
* Track, Analyze & Optimize—Fast:
Collect, analyze, and present real-time performance data to help drive quick, informed decision-making.
Maintain stock and Available-to-Sell (ATS) sheets, working closely with inventory planning teams to avoid delays or stock issues.
Onboard new customer accounts into Exenta and NuOrder, ensuring seamless integration into our systems.
* Keep Logistics & Samples Moving:
Manage showroom displays and customer sample requests, ensuring everything is prepped and ready at all times.
Work with third-party logistics teams to resolve challenges and keep shipments moving without delays.
Provide rapid updates to customers on stock, orders, and sample availability.
* Find Faster, Better Ways to Work:
Identify process improvements to help our sales operations run more efficiently and with fewer delays.
Use data insights to drive smarter, quicker decisions.
Work with IT, marketing, logistics, and sales teams to enhance global processes and remove inefficiencies.
Who You Are
This role is not for someone who likes predictability. If you enjoy a fast-paced, ever-changing work environment, where speed, adaptability, and problem-solving are key, you’ll excel in this position.
What You Bring
* At least 2 years of experience in sales operations or a related role, ideally in a fast-paced industry.
* A natural problem-solver who can handle shifting priorities without getting overwhelmed.
* Excellent time management skills—you know how to juggle multiple tasks at once without missing a beat.
* Strong Excel and data management skills, with experience in tools like Exenta or NuOrder as a plus.
* Clear, concise communicator—you get information across quickly and accurately.
* Resilience under pressure—you can stay composed and find solutions when things move fast and unexpected challenges arise.
