Description Salary: £24,404 - £25,183 Pro rata Hours per week: 11 hours Temporary/Fixed term: 1 year Interview date: To be confirmed after shortlisting Day and Respite Service – Promoting Health, Ensuring Care Join our Day and Respite Team as a Business Support Assistant and play an important role in ensuring the smooth operation of various administrative and logical aspects within our service. This role offers an exciting opportunity to be part of the Day Service called Riverbank, where we provide care to customers throughout the year 5 days a week, and Respite Service called Meadow Lodge, where we provide customers with short breaks away from the family home. As a Business Support Assistant, you will support the Business Operations and Registered Manager with daily tasks including customer monies, purchasing items through procurement, paying invoices, completing weekly registers, answering the phone and note-taking when required. The ideal candidate should have prior admin experience, proficiency with Microsoft systems, strong communication and ICT skills. Why us?
