Salary: £12.50 per hour
Working Patterns: Between 4am and 10pm
Shift patterns: Between Monday and Sunday

Job Responsibilities:
1. Nurturing and forming relationships with customers to gain a better understanding of their travel and currency requirements.
2. Establishing yourself as a travel money ambassador and trusted advisor.
3. Engaging with customers to process all foreign exchange transactions accurately and efficiently.
4. Delivering on key performance goals both procedural, operational and customer focused.
5. Utilising your keen eye for detail to process daily online FX requests and deliveries.
6. Implementing best practice legal and regulatory standards and adhering to Travelex compliance procedures.
Qualifications:
1. Numerically proficient - handling large amounts of cash and converting vast amounts of currency regularly.
2. Great communicator – able to build relationships and listen to customer needs.
3. Desire to succeed – with the drive to make a difference and care about customer impact.
Interview Process:
1. Initial screening call by Talent Acquisition Partners or Bureau Managers.
2. Online interview with a Talent Acquisition Partner, including a small numerical and accuracy test.
3. Bureau visit to meet the Bureau Manager and see the working environment.
4. Offer to join Travelex if successful, with feedback provided if not.
