We're looking for a Senior Planning Analyst to join our Adviser Vector to support the planning of our operational, customer facing teams.
You should have a proven track record in resource planning roles and be able to handle multiple deliverables whilst managing/meeting expectations. You will understand planning across both front and back-office functions and be able to showcase your planning skills in meetings with senior leadership.
You will have excellent numeracy skills, be proactive, possess excellent accuracy and decision-making skills.
This role is based in our Workforce Planning team which plays an important role in supporting our customer facing teams to deliver world class results by ensuring our customer facing teams have the right people, in the right place, at the right time, to deliver the best customer experience.
To be successful in this role you will need (minimum experience/requirements)
You will have strong numeracy skills, be adaptable to change and have a desire to succeed in a fast paced, ever-changing environment. In addition to this, great interpersonal and communication skills are key along with the ability to collaborate with other teams.
You will analyse data (including commercial and operational data) to identify trends and provide recommendations to positively impact our deliverables.
1. Analyse previous data to proactively plan resources strategically
2. Ensure sufficient resources in each area based on historical data
3. Complete 'what if' assessments to understand the impact of changing requirements upon the customer facing teams
4. Understand movements in operational FTE, joiner/movers/leavers, and the impact this has on service
5. Showcase simplified plans to engage a senior audience, both through written and verbal/face to face presentation
6. Lead meetings with various levels and groups of colleagues up to Head of Function level.
Experience Requirements
7. Excellent Excel, Power BI, Power Query and PowerPoint skills
8. Understanding of key Resource Planning fundamentals
9. Knowledge of statistics & analytics and workforce planning
10. Knowledge of WFM systems and Telephony products desired (AWS Connect, Verint)
11. Ability to interpret data
12. Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills
