Role: Order Administrator
Our client, a market leader within logistics in the UK, is looking to recruit an Order Administrator at their Lutterworth office.
The main purpose of this role is to manage effectively customer enquiries and quotation requests and be responsible for providing excellent customer service to all customers.
As a Quotation Administrator, you will be responsible for providing accurate quotations and will be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring that the information given is correct and satisfies the customer's needs.
You will be a person who puts the customer's needs first, has an understanding of the sales/manufacturing process, and can demonstrate strong customer service skills.
Location: LE17 Lutterworth
Shift: Tuesday to Saturday 08:00-16:30 (Temp to perm)
Salary: £12ph
Main duties and Responsibilities:
1. Dealing with enquiries and general customer liaison;
2. Processing and preparation of quotations and orders ensuring the completed quotation has all the correct and required information before completion;
3. Ensure all contract review documentation is completed;
4. Provide product information to customers and requisition supplier quotes.
The ideal Candidate:
1. High level of customer service skills;
2. Previous experience of producing quotes and sales orders;
3. Strong attention to detail;
4. Able to use initiative with the support of the team leader to effectively manage own workload;
5. Superb communication skills, able to work under pressure and have an outstanding telephone manner.
