Our Internal Communications Graduate will use their brilliant writing and digital skills to promote and share innovation and news from across the organisation with staff. This is a role that you can make your own, develop and grow to become the subject matter expert for internal communications at HPP, reporting to the Head of HR. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE: • Engaging with employees & senior leaders to identify compelling stories and work with team members to bring them to life • Produce a broad range of written communications to the highest standard in an engaging manner EXPERIENCE, KEY SKILLS & BEHAVIOURS REQUIRED: • 2:1 or above in a degree in Journalism, Internal Communications, Marketing or relevant degree • Ability to understand complex information and transform it into engaging, clear, concise messaging, easily understood by staff at every level • Confident, tenacious team player with excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative ethos • Good numerical, literacy and digital skills, with a high attention to detail • An excellent communicator, storyteller and skilled listener • Flexible with the ability to work in an agile manner • Organised and able to work to deadlines • Relevant work experience (work placement or otherwise) • Driving licence as travel between Brixworth and Brackley will be a part of the role This position could suit someone either seeking their first role after University, or possibly someone who has gained experience within Journalism, Internal Communications or Marketing and is seeking to broaden their experience in a new environment.
