Key Responsibilities Provide administrative support within the housing and property development sector You will be the first point of contact for customers, over email and some over the phone Efficiently handle Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, Word, Outlook Handling inquiries from clients and residents professionally and promptly. Organise and manage documentation with a keen eye for accuracy and detail. Being the support in the office, dealing with other ad hoc duties About You Experience in the housing or property development industry is preferable A confident user of Microsoft Excel Able to work as part of a small, collaborative team Detail oriented Strong customer service skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients.
