As a Land Development Intern, you’ll have the chance to learn and work across key areas of civil engineering, including:
* Preparing and Organizing Plan Sets: Develop skills in compiling and structuring essential project documents.
* Data Collection and Analysis: Gather, format, and evaluate data, helping shape engineering decisions.
* Engineering Project Phases: Engage in planning, conducting, and coordinating detailed project phases.
* Design Software Application: Utilize design software to support engineering assignments, including site grading and roadway design.
* Technical Skills Development: Dive into areas like earthwork, stormwater modeling, project zoning, permitting, and entitlements.
Qualifications
* Student Status: Must be a junior or senior pursuing a degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering.
* Software Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook is required.
* Preferred Skills: Familiarity with AutoCAD and Civil 3D will be a plus.
