We are looking for a PIP Clinical Support Manager to join our growing team, supporting Health Professionals in the role as Disability Assessors.
The successful candidate must be able to travel to Eastbourne, Brighton or Redhill sites.
Position
As a PIP Clinical Support Manager for IPRS PFAS, you will provide a working environment for all colleagues that is supportive and engaging.
Utilising the array of management information to help identify key areas of focus, development areas, and those to be celebrated. To create a team with a culture that aligns with the company values and upholds the professionalism required as set out by the governing bodies.
To ensure the claimant is at the heart and the business needs are met by supporting the HPs to deliver high quality reports within the required timescales.
Responsibilities
As a PIP Clinical Support Manager for IPRS PFAS, you will be responsible for:
1. Supporting members of your team with their working and wellbeing needs.
2. Ensuring clinical governance and standards required by the GMC, NMC, and HCPC are maintained.
3. Monitoring performance through available MI (Management Information) at team and individual HP level, to identify trends/risks/development opportunities. Creating & executing appropriate plans in line with the relevant HR policies where necessary.
Requirements
To be seriously considered for this role, please have the following:
Qualifications:
1. Candidates must hold one of the following qualifications and have a current and valid registration with the associated governing body without sanction:
2. Qualified Chartered Physiotherapist or Qualified Occupational Therapist.
3. BSc or Qualified Paramedic.
4. Qualified Nurse (RGN, RMN, RNLD only).
Experience:
Of supporting/coaching within the PIP area.
Knowledge:
Of the PIP contract and its clinical quality requirements.
Skills:
Communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
Other Information
Salary: £44,000 - dependent on location and experience
Type: Permanent
Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday
