We are looking for an Administrator to join a company in Wednesbury. The working hours are 9.00am to 16.30pm.
The main duties will be :
Processing sales order on the system
Raising delivery notes
Administrative tasks to be completed accurately and on time
Booking in purchase orders and free issue material.
Answering incoming calls
Organising our two vehicles transport schedule.
Maintaining accurate records of company information
Deal with customer queries as appropriate.
The successful candidate will have the following skills:
Previous administration experience
Experience with MS Office programmes
Excellent knowledge of correct spelling, grammar and punctuation.
Good attention to detail and organisational skills.
